The Taiwan AI Federated Learning Alliance (TAIFA), jointly initiated by the National Development Council, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Culture, and Taiwan AI Labs, aims to provide trustworthy standards and mechanisms for data governance in Federated Learning. With a focus on protecting personal information, privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical issues, it seeks to create a national-level, cross-ministerial, and cross-disciplinary platform service.
