TAIGenomics uses the genomic analysis model developed by Taiwan AI Labs to assist professionals in identifying underlying diseases, greatly improving efficiency, accuracy, and quality of medical care while reducing the cost of genomic analysis.

Developed with the help of the executive Yuan and the CDC. The goal is to provide a convenient and user-friendly service for travelers upon their arrival in Taiwan in the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.

Sars-CoV-2

Screening System

The proposed AI-based system works on chest x-ray (CXR) images to predict whether a patient is infected with the SARS-CoV-2.  The proposed method has been integrated into the SARS-CoV-2 screening system maintained by Taiwan Centers for Disease Control and Taiwan National Health Insurance Administration.
